Processing Time

The manufacturing process will take approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the season. Please note that processing time refers to the time required to manufacture your custom item and does not include shipping time.

Delivery Information

We offer EXPRESS Mail Service via DHL or FedEx for shipping to the UK and the USA. The estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • UK & USA: 3-7 business days

Your product will be printed within 3-5 business days following your approval, and then shipped. Below is a sample average delivery time for orders shipped to the USA:

  • Printing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 6-10 business days

Cargo Delivery Times:

  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
  • North America: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 2-3 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 5-7 business days

Delivery Process

Once your product is manufactured according to the specifications you selected during the ordering process, we aim to ship your items to the address provided during checkout within the timeframes specified above.

Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate to avoid any delays. In cases where delivery cannot be completed (e.g., if the shipping company is unable to locate you at the provided address), the product will be returned to the nearest shipping branch. If the product is not collected from the branch within 3 days, it will be returned to Greenhill Home Decor LLC.

Important Shipping Information

  1. Damage or Missing Items: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the package for any visible damage or missing items. In the event of damage due to shipping, we recommend filling out a damage report immediately with the courier before accepting the delivery.
  2. Restricted Areas: Deliveries cannot be made to areas where vehicle access is restricted or prohibited for security reasons, such as military bases or high-security zones. If your shipping address falls within such areas, we kindly request you to provide an alternate address to avoid delays. You will be responsible for any delivery issues arising from this.
